摘要
葡萄试管苗叶片在炼苗过程中气孔阻力、叶绿素含量和净光合速率增加。蒸腾速率和胞间CO_2浓度降低,通过炼苗可以加强其对环境的适应,并提高光合能力。
Stomatal resistance(Rs),chlorophyll content and net photosynthesis rate(Pn)of grape test-tube seedling’s were increased,however,transpiration rate(TRAN)andintercellular CO_2 concentration in leave were decreased after removal from culture.Theseedling could gradually adapted to the natural environment,and promoted its photosyntheticcapability in training.
