摘要
本文阐述在可见区(25000~10000Cm^(-1),即400~1000mm)工作的傅里叶变换光谱仪的设计方法及实验样机的研制结果;提出了光学二倍频法、舍弃白光干涉仪、相位校正与切趾匹配的正确选择,采用立方角镜等新设计思想,探讨了它们的优点和实现方法。
This paper reports design methods of a Fourier transform spec-trometer in visible region(25000~1000 Cm^(-1))in detail.The quality and theexperimental results of a trial instrument is also introduced.Some new opinions for projection and new optical systems,such as opticalfrequence doubling,substitution of reversible counter for white light interf-erometer,correct matching between phase correction and apodizition,replece-ment plane mirrors by cube corner reflectors,are suggested,and their advat-ages also discussed.The results of experiments show that it is reasonable to develop a Fouriertransform spectrometer under relative simple technical conditions and relativecheaply.
