摘要
通过对攀钢炼铁厂4座高钛型钒钛磁铁矿生产高炉的热平衡测定与计算研究工作,获得了高钛型钒钛磁铁矿冶炼高炉的热能分配、热能利用水平、节能潜力和节能途径,使冶金工作者们对十分关注的钒钛磁铁矿高炉冶炼的能量利用问题有所认识和了解。也为钒钛矿高炉的热平衡测定与计算方法的确定提供了依据。
In this paper.on the basis of experimental studies on heat balance measuring and calcu-hing in four high titania vanadium-bearing titaniferrous magnetites smelting BF in the Ironmaking Plant.Panzhihua I &S Co,some better results are achieved:heat energy distribution,heat energy utillization level,energy saving potentiality and energy saving ways in high tania vanadium-bear-ing titaniferrous magnetites smelting BF, that makes some metallurgiCal worker5, to know or un-derstand the energy utilization of vanadium-bearing titaniferrous magnetites smelting BF being paid a great deal of attention. It also provides some baxises that determine the heat balance measur-ing and calculating ways in vanadium-bearing titaniferroua magnetites smelting BF.
