摘要
用亚共晶Fe-C-Si-Mn合金为试验材料,通过向合金中加入工业纯锑的方法,研究了锑对灰口铁共晶转变温度的影响。采用差热分析仪测定不同锑含量的Fe-C-Si-Mn合金的共晶转变温度。结果表明,随着锑含量的增加,灰口铁共晶转变温度降低;锑使灰口铁共晶转变温度降低,是由于平衡共晶转变温度下降和过冷度增加造成的。
By adding pure antimony to hypoeutectic Fe-C-Si-Mn alloy,the influ-ence of antimony on the eutectic transformation temperature of gray iron was stud-ied.DTA was used to determine the eutectic transformation temperature of the alloy with varying antimony content.The results show that the eutectic transformation temperature of gray iron decreases with the increase of antimony content.It is sug-gested in this paper that the decrease of eutectic transformation temperature of gray iron is composed of the decrease of equilibrium eutectic transformation temperature and the increase in the degree of undercooling.
