摘要
研究了合金元素磷对铸铁短纤维烧结体显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明,磷可显著提高铸铁短纤维烧结体的密度、致密化系数、压溃强度和硬度。烧结机理随磷、银含量的增加逐渐由固相烧结+瞬态液相烧结转变为液相烧结。
The effects of alloying element phosphorus on microstructure and properties of sintered compacts of short cast iron fibres has been studied in this pa-per. The experimental results demonstrate that the density,densification parameter,radial crush strength and hardness of sintered compacts of short cast iron fibres maybe obviously were inhanced by addition of phosphorus. The sintering mechanism changes from solid phase sintering + transient liquid phase sintering into liquid phase sintering with the increase of P contents.
