Fatigue and Fracture Properties of 15MnNi Forging Steel

本文研究了１５ＭｎＮｉ锻钢的低周疲劳、裂纹扩展速率（ｄａ／ｄＮ）、动态和静态断裂韧度（Ｊ＿ＰＣＩ，Ｋ＿ＰＣＩ，Ｋ￣Ｊ＿ＩＣ）。结果表明，１５ＭｎＮｉ锻钢的低周疲劳和动、静态断裂韧度满足ＡＳＭＥ规范要求，该材料具有良好的综合力学性能。

This paper studied the properties of low-cycle fatigue,crack propaga-tion rate (da/dN),static and dynamic fracture toughness(K￣J_IC,J_CCI,K_PCI)of 15MnNi forging steel.The results show that the properties of low-cycle fatigue,static and dy-namic fracture tougliness of 15MnNi forging steel cai,meet the requirements in ASME code,This material has good comprehensive mechanical properties.
