摘要
甘肃产“蛤蟆油”5g/kg、15g/kg两个剂量对实验小鼠可提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数,增加淋巴T细胞酯酶染色率和血清中溶血素的含量,并对小鼠的各项应激性能均有明显提高。
5g/kg and 15g/kg of Gansu Oviductus Ranae were tested in expremental mice. The results showed that phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of the phagocyte were all raised in the mouse. The number of T lymohocytes in mouse blood was increased- The coutent of hemolysis in mouse biood serum was also increased. The irritablity of the mouse were . strengthenened remarkably.
