再生障碍性贫血患者血清叶酸和维生素B_(12)代谢紊乱机理探讨

Exploration of mechanism on the metabolic disturbance of serum folic and vitamin B12 in aplastic anemia.

采用放免分析法测定68例不同类型再生障碍性贫血患者血清叶酸和维生素B_(12)含量。结果表明再障病例血清叶酸和B_(12)含量低于对照组(P<O.05)。血红蛋白、白细胞及网织红细胞上升程度在加用叶酸和维生素B_(12)治疗前后有显著差异(P<0.05～0.01),并对再生障碍性贫血伴发叶酸及维生素B_(12)缺乏的临床表现,原因及诊断进行了讨论.

The serum folic acid and vitamin B12 were determined in 68 cases of various type of aplastic anemia by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that folic acid and vitamin B12 levels were lower than that of the control groups in most cases.The Hb,WBC and Rc had increased significantly after the treatment (P<0.05) with folic acid and vitamin B12.The clinical appearance,cause and diagnosis of that aplastic anemia may be accomponied with lower folic acid and vitamin B12 level were discussed.
