普罗帕酮的吸附脉冲溶出伏安法研究

摘要 将普罗帕酮吸附在电机表面上,阴极脉冲溶出时,可产生一个灵敏的吸附溶出峰。此波峰电流和普罗帕酮的浓度在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-9mol/L内有良好的线性关系,借此建立了测定普罗帕酮的新方法。用此法对血样中微量普罗帕酮进行了测定,结果令人满意,同时本文对电极吸附特性也进行了探讨。 The propafenone could adsorpted on the surface of a hang mercury drop hang mercury dropelecfrode and producted a sensitive absorptive stripping wave peak when it was cathod stripped. The striping peak current was linear proprotional with the concentration of propafenone over range of propafenoneover range of 1.0×10-7──1.0×10-9mol/L. A new metheod for determination of propafenone was setrp. and the mothod has been used to determin he content of propafenone in plasma with a satisfactory ue-sult. The adsorptive porperty of the electrode has been discussed also in this paper.
