甘蔗叶片生态特征及脯氨酸含量、膜透性与抗旱性关系研究 被引量:17

A Study on the Relation between Ecological Characteristics,Proline Content,Membrane Permeability and Drought Tolerance in Sugarcane Leaves

摘要 以陇川割手密、桂糖11号、桂糖12号、桂糖83/492、桂糖15号、F134、F172、粤蔗57/423和Badila9个甘蔗品种或种为试验材料,分别调查和测定了在干旱胁迫与正常供水(对照)条件下植物叶片的生态特征、叶片含水量、切叶自然失水速度、叶片细胞质膜透性和叶片脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明,抗旱性较强的品种在植株遭受干旱胁迫时,通过叶片卷缩或枯死,减少叶片面积的方式来避过干旱;在干旱胁迫下品种间叶片细胞质膜透性和脯氨酸含量都表现出显著的差异,抗旱性较强的品种显著地高于抗旱性较弱的品种;在正常供水条件下,品种间叶片的质膜透性和脯氨酸含量虽然也存在显著差异,但看不出这些差异与抗旱的关系。作者认为,在干旱胁迫下,甘蔗叶片膜透性和脯氨酸含量及其比受旱前提高的幅度均可作为选育甘蔗抗旱品种的参考指标之一。 Nine sugarcane entries such as LongchuanS.spontaneum,GX11,GX12,GX15,Guitang 83-492, F134, F172, GD57- 423 and Badila were used in the study and the variation of the ecological characteristics, moisture content,natural moisture loss rate of the cut,membrane permeability of cell plasm and proline content of their leaves under the conditious of drought stress and normal water supply was investigated and determined respectively.As the result,the varieties with drought tolerance could prevent themselves from drought by curling-up and withering of their leaves to decrease photosynthetic area when suffering from drought stress,and there was significant difference of cell membrane permeability and proline contents of leaves between varieties under drought stress,they were much higher in the varieties with strong drought tolerance than those with weak drought tolerence. Under the condition of normal water supply,although there was also significant difference of membrane permeability and proline contents of leaves between varieties,no evidence could show relationship between that difference and drought tolerance.The result suggests that membrane permeability and proline coutent of sugarcane leaves under drought stress and their increasing range from those before suffering from drought can be regarded as one of referent indices for drought tolerance selection.
