摘要 国内外糖业界的传统观点认为,甘蔗纤维份的增加会导致压榨机列生产能力的下降;然而,这个观点缺少坚实的理论为基础。本文以入料理论及进出口的纤维份平衡为依据,并关联了其它的生产能力影响因素,建立起三辊压榨机列生产能力的理论公式,从中得到了一个有趣的与传统观念相悖的结论.结论指出;甘蔗纤维份的增加不会降低压榨机列处理甘蔗的能力,这一结论对于装配有不同数目的喂料辊的压榨机列同样成立。 In the field of cane sugar manuffacture,it has been windly accepted that the increases of the fibre content of the canes would result in the decrease of the milling capacity. But owing to lack of the basis of theoretic analysis,this idea is not sufficiently convincing. Using the feeding theory and fibre balance as a basis,this paper relates the capacity of the ndll trains together with different affecting factors and then establishes a theoretic fomula,from which an interesting conclusion opposite to the conventtonal one has been drawn. It states that the rising of the fibre content in canes does not reduce the milling capacity.
