Value of Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of localized and Projective Lesions of Gallbladder

报告Ｂ超检查１３８例胆囊局限隆起病变，讨论其超声图象特点及类型，对Ｂ超在本病影像学诊断中的地位进行分析对比，认为Ｂ超显像诊断是本病首选检查方法。

Expression of localized and projective lesions of gallbladder in 138 cases of patients was observed according to B mode ultrasound and compared with other image methods. It is considered that B mode ultrasound is of choice for the lesions.
