报告了紫外分光光度法测定２－重氮－１－萘醌－５－磺酸含量的方法。水溶液中，波长为４０７ｎｍ时，２～４０μｇ／ｍｌ２－重氮－１－萘醌－５－磺酸与吸光度成直线关系。相关系数为０．９９９９８，平均回收率为１０１．３７％，相对标准偏差为０．７４５％。

The content of 2-diazo-1-naphthaguinones-5-sulfonic acid is determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 407nm, using water as the solvent. In the range of 2￣40μg/ml, there exists a good linear relationship between concentration and absorbance. The relative coefficient is 0.99998. The rate of recovery and the relative standard deviation are 101.36% and 0.745% respectively.
