摘要
用BaSO4沉淀考察了加料方式,加料位置和叶轮速度对沉淀颗粒大小和分布的影响。发现采用组合反应器可得到尺寸小、分布窄的颗粒。
The effects of addition mode, feed position and impeller speed on particle size and PSD in BaSO4 precipitation were investigated. It is discovered that fine particles and narrow distribution can be abtained in the combination of static mixer and stirred tank reactor, and the size and distribution of particles can be controlled easily by changing operation conditions.
