摘要
应用体外培养细胞法和单细胞阳离子测定系统研究了稀土La ̄(3+)与巨噬细胞的作用。实验结果表明,在培养介质中LaCl_3的浓度高子2mmol·dm ̄(-3)时,有明显的细胞毒性。配合物La(Ala)_3Cl_3的细胞毒性小于LaCl_3。La ̄(3+)对细胞膜上的Ca ̄(2+)通道存在抑制作用,使细胞内游离Ca ̄(2+)浓度发生变化。La ̄(3+)对细胞膜Ca ̄(2+)-ATP酶有激活作用。
The action of rare earth La ̄(3+) with alveolar macrophage is studied by meansof cell incubation and Cation Measuretment system. The results are mainly as follows:1、In the 2mmol.dm ̄(-3) Lacl_3 incubation medium, there is obvious cytotoxicity.2、The cytoto-xlcity of La(Ala)_3 cl_3 is lower than that of LaCl_3. 3、La ̄(3+) could block the Ca ̄(2+) channelin the cell membrane .4、 La ̄(3+) could make the Ca ̄(2+)-AT Pase of crythrocytice membrane active.
