本文提出了一种治理造纸黑液的新方法─—电解催化氧化法、并讨论了影响ＣＯＤ去除率的各种因素。在最佳反应条件下，采用电解催化氧化法，ＣＯＤ的去除率可达９０．３％，出水接近国家排放标准。
