畲族人群载脂蛋白B（apoB）基因多态性遗传规律的研究

Studying on Genetic Law of Apolipoprotein B Gene Polymorphisms in the She Nationality

从江西、浙江、福建三省８个畲族家系３１个个体中抽血提取ＤＮＡ，用ＰＣＲ技术对其ａｐｏＢ基因多态性位点进行扩增。结果表明：所有子代的扩增片段均可从父母的扩增片段中找到来源，子代为纯合子者，其父母的扩增片段中至少有一条相同，纯合子父亲的扩增片段在几个子代中同时出现。实验证明：畲族人群ａｐｏＢ基因的多态性遵循孟德尔定律。

The blood DNA was extracted from 31 individuals belong to 8 family of She Nationality in Jiangxi, Fujian and Zhejiang Province.Their VNTR locus in Apolipoprotein B gene 3'-end were amplified by PCR.The results showed that all the amplified fragments of progeny could be found from their origin from their parents.Those whose parents shared at least one fragment were homozygous progeny, and those whose children shared at least one fragment were homozygous father. We concluded that the genetic polymorphisms of apoB gene 3'-end VNTR in She Nationality follows the Mendelian Law.
