摘要
应用改良Boyden技术研究人参总皂甙、丹参注射液对健康成人外周血单核细胞趋化移动的作用。结果表明,100μg/ml人参总皂甙能显著增加单核细胞的趋化移动;0.75mg/ml丹参能降低单核细胞趋化距离,7.5mg/ml丹参还可减少趋化单核细胞数。
The effect of Cinsenosdes and Salvia miltiorrhiza on the chemotaxis of human blood monocyte was studied by means of modified Boyden technique. The results indicated that 100μg/ml Ginsenosides could significantly increase the chemotactic cell number and the chemotactic distance of monocyte.0.75mg / ml Salvia miltiorrhiza could significantly reduce the chemotactic distance of monocyte as well as the chemotactic cell number.
