摘要
介绍了新研制的钢管在线动态激光测径仪的测量原理，浅析了仪器的测量精度。经现场应用，在测量Φ５～６０ｍｍ的钢管时，该仪器的外径测量精度达到±０．０２ｍｍ，满足使用要求。
The paper involves major aspects of the newly developed laser gauge for steel pipe in-line dynamic diameter measurement,including working principle, measurement accuracy and the site operation result which shows that in case of measuring of steel pipes with a size range of 5-60mm in O. D., the gauge can provide an O.D. accuracy as high as ± 0.02mm to meet relevant technical requirement.
