热镀锌炉的设计要点

KEY POINTS CONCERNING DESIGN OF HOT-DIP GALVANIZING FURNACE

根据热镀锌炉的一般设计原则和热量分配原则，提出降低锌锅外壁温度、调整给热系数、保证供热强度均匀的设计要点和方法，这种方法可有效地降低锌耗，延长锌锅寿命。

Based on the general design principles and heat distribution theory concerning the hot-dip galvanizing furnace,key points and some methods for designing of the said furnace are concluded to reduce zinc bath temperature,adjust coefficient of heat supply and ensure uniform heat supply strength,hence cut down zinc consumption considerably and provide a longer service life of the furnace.
