锅炉及电站用大直径热强管的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF LARGE-SIZED THERMAL STRENGTH STEEL PIPES FOR BOILER AND POWER STATION SERVICES

介绍了用周期式轧管机组轧制Ｓｔ４５．８／Ⅲ、１３ＣｒＭｏ４４、１０ｒＭｏ９１０等钢种的高压锅炉管及电站用热强管生产工艺。钢管的常温力学性能、高温力学性能及工艺性能全部达到了德国ＤＩＮ１７１７５—７９标准的要求。

Introduced in the article are the manufacture processes with the pilger pipe mill for producing thermal strength steel pipes of grades St 45.8/Ⅲ,13CrMo44,1CrMo910,etc. for hi-pressure boiler and power station services. All the qualified pipes made with the said processes are up to relevant technical requirements as specified in Spec. DIN 17175.79,covering mechanical properties under ambient temperature,mechanical properties under high temperature as well as technologicalperformances.
