日本电站锅炉用奥氏体不锈钢管及合金管的发展

摘要 日本为提高发电效率,电站锅炉蒸气条件已由超临界压向超超临界压发展,为满足需要,在现有奥氏体不锈钢管的基础上,改进和新研制出奥氏体不锈钢管及其合金管以及合会复合管。 To further increase the production efficiency of power stations in Japan, steam pressure requirement for power station boiler is being changed from extra-critical pressure to ultraextra-critical pressure,In this case,on the basis of the traditional manufacture technology for austenite stainless steel tubes,new austenite stainless steel has been developed by means of changed raw materials hence more suitable alloy tubes and alloy clad tubes made thereof.
