ESTABLISHMENT OF MATH MODEL FOR PIERCING EFFICIENCY

摘要 穿孔效率是斜轧穿孔变形中的重要参数之一,至今尚无精确计算的数学模型。通过理论分析和统计推断,利用COMPAQ─386微型计算机,提出了用毛管壁厚计算穿孔效率值的数学模型,经检验表明,该模型计算的结果和实际数据基本符合。 Piercing efficiency is one of the critical parameters concerning deformation under rotary piercing and there is no existing mathematic model for accurate calculation therefor.With a COMPAQ-386 microcomputer and relevant theoretical analysis and statistic derivation,a mathematic model for piercing efficiency calculation with shell W.T.has been set up.It has been proven that the result from the computation with the model is in conformity with relative actual data.
