摘要
分析了18Cr一2Mo铁素体不锈钢毛管及冷轧管裂纹产生的原因,即较高含量的C、N、S间隙原子及其所形成的片状沉淀对{100}面的双重弱化效应。减少间隙原子量有利于抑制裂纹产生。
Based on an investigation on elements reponsible for the cracks of 18Cr一2Mo ferrite stainless steel shell and cold-rolled pipe,a conclusion is made that it is the double weakening effects by comparatively high contents of C,N,S interstitial atoms and their flake deposition on the{100}face that caused the cracks,Therefore,to reduce the amount of the said atoms will be effective on curbing development of the said cracks.
