摘要
介绍了以高炉煤气为主要燃料的新型烧结节能点火炉,叙述了新设计的斜交旋转多空气流烧嘴的研制、炉体结构的改造以及点火风箱负压的控制。生产测试和操作数据表明,该点火炉使用发热值为5.8MJ/m ̄3的煤气能满足烧结点火的要求,具有节能、长寿、操作方便、投资省及施工简单的特点。
This paper describes the development of a new type ignition furnace for sinteringmachine by using of low heat value gas mainly contained blast furnace gas.An investigation onnew type burner with inclined intersection of gyrate air flow with gas flow,renovation on furnacestructure and regulation on the vaccum pressure of windbox under furnace are also presented.Thetest results and operation data show that it can fulfill the requirment of sintering ignition by usingof low heat value gas with 5.8 MJ/m ̄3,in addition it has the characteristics of low fuel rate, longservice life,easy operation,low investment and simple construction.
