摘要
在连铸中喂入稀土丝的试验结果表明：在２０号钢中，加入适量稀土能使铸坯的激冷层厚度增加２～３倍，使柱状晶区的一次枝晶间距减小４０％，使中心区域由柱晶变为等轴晶，等轴晶区面积占铸坯横截面面积的２０％，并用数学方法分析了稀土元素在铸坯凝固过程中的作用。在本试验条件下，稀土加入量以０．０３０％为最佳。
The quality of continuous casting billet, which was treated by rare earths、xwire fed into continuous casting mould, has been studied in this article. The resuIt shows that the thinckness of chill zone on 20 steel is increased by 2～Stime;the principal interdendritic space is decreased by 40%;the dendrite in central area changes to equiaxed,the area of equiaxed grains is 20%of billet.The function of rare earth on the solidificathnis analysised by mathematies. The optimal amount of rare earth is 0.030% for present test coildition.
