摘要
本文介绍低氧轴承钢的精炼工艺及结果,其工艺过程是EAF→低真空或非真空下吹氩搅拌→模铸。用此工艺得到了总氧量约为10ppm的轴承钢。该工艺的脱氧速度常数大于真空碳脱氧的速度常数。说明真空对脱氧来说并非必不可少。
This paper reports the refining process of ultra-low-oxygen ball bearing steel.The process is EAF→argon stirring in a VAD ladle with low vacuum or without vacuum → ingot casting. Through these two processes, ball bearing steel with about l0 ppm total oxygen has been obtained.The deoxidation rate constant of the two processes is greater than that of vacuum deoxidation. The results show that the vacuum is not so necessary for the deoxidation.
