摘要
在文献[1]所论述的基础上,以某钢铁公司的5.6t钢锭模为例,采用热光弹法与有限无法对钢锭模模口截面进行热应力与变形分析,针对钢锭模截面形状进行优化设计,提出合理的钢锭模截面形状与尺寸,为提高钢锭模的使用寿命提供可靠依据。
On the basis of lierature[1]the thermal stress force and the deformation of the mouth of a 5.6 t steel ingot mould,as a example one,were analysed with thermal photoelastic method and finite element method.The reasonable shapes and dimensions were proposed for the optimizing design of the ingot mould section to prolong the service life of ingot mould.
