矿壳矿煤球团预还原试验研究

PREREDUCTION TEST OF ORE-COAL PELLET COVERED WITH IRON-CONCENTRATE SHELL

论述了矿煤球团用铁精矿及添加剂包壳的优点。研究了矿煤球团的配碳量、用铁精矿包壳时添加剂的种类和数量、还原温度、升温速度及气氛等因素对预还原球团强度和金属化率的影响。

The advantages of iron ore-coal pellets covered with iron-concentrate shell are discussed.The influences of carbon rate in the ore-coal pellet,type and amount of additive in the shell,reduction temperature,heating rate and atmosphere on strength and metallic rate of the pellets are studied。
