摘要
液压胀形轧辊系统是近年获得迅速发展的新型轧辊系统。本文在国内首次完成了液压胀形轧辊系统的静载实验研究，初步探讨了液压胀形轧辊的胀形变形规律。所得结论在开发及应用液压胀形轧辊系统方面具有直接的理论和实际指导意义。
The hydraulic elastic bulging roll system,which is also called variable crown roll system,is a new roll system being developed in recent years.The dead load experiment study for this system has been conducted for the first time in China. The bulging law of the hydraulic elastic bulging roll has been studied.The results are of theoretical and practical significance for developing and applying the hydraulic elastic bulging roll system.
