连铸坯直接轧制工艺研究

THE TECHNOLOGY OF DIRECT ROLLING FOR CONTINUOUS CASTING BLOCK(CC-DR)

沈阳钢厂连铸一直轧生产试验线，布置紧凑，工艺方案合理，工艺路线切实可行。生产试验表明，其直轧率、成材率、加热能耗、产品质量、经济效益等都取得极其显著的成效。该技术在我国有广阔的推广应用前景。

This paper introduces the continuous-casting-direct-rolling(CC-DR )line designed with compact arrangement and suitable technology and process at Shenyang Steel Factory. The trial test has showed that the desirable continuous rolling rate, producting rate,energy consumption and product quality and profit can be achieved through the CC-DR line. This techno-logy might be widely used in China in the future.
