摘要
鞍钢为实现高炉长寿，首次在大型高炉上应用自焙碳块，并开发出自焙碳块－陶瓷砌体复合炉缸内衬技术。经过两年多的生产实践检验，效果很好，超过了设计要求，为实现高炉长寿闯出了一条新路。
The self-baking carbon block first used on large-sized blast furnace in AISC and the technology for self-baking carbon block-ceramic brickwork compound hearth lining is developed.The production inspection during more than 2 years shows that the technology has the better effect than the designed requires and may reach the long life purpose for blast furnace.
