摘要
以450mm热连轧机为仿真对象,根据窄带钢宽向变形特点、工艺参数变化及现有机械、电气设备条件和有关检测装置,进行热连轧窄带钢动态宽度控制仿真研究,分析各种因素对宽度控制效果的影响及存在问题,寻求最佳控制方案,为在线实时宽度控制提供理论依据。
The simulation study on dynamic width control of strip rolling has been contacted for 450 mm hot continuous narrow strip mill in regard of the characters of deformation,changes of technological parameters and existing mechanical and electrical equipment and instrumentation. An attempt of finding theoretical bases for real time on line width control has been made based on the analyses of the influences of various factors on width control and searching for the optimal control programms.
