摘要
研究了变质和弥散处理对高锰钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明，变质可有效地细化高锰钢的铸态组织，消除柱状晶和网状碳化物；变质后的高锰钢经弥散处理，可获得奥氏体基体上弥散分布有颗粒状碳化物的复相组织，从而使高锰钢的力学性能和耐磨性能明显提高。
The effect of modifying and dispersion treatment on the structure and properties of high Mn steel is studied in this paper.The results show that modifying can effectively fine as-cast structure for high Mn steel,and it can eliminate columnar crystals and networks of carbide. After dipersion treatment for modified high Mn steel,the composite phase structure can be obtained inwhich particle carbides distribute dispersively on the matrix of austenite,As a result,the mechanecal properties and wear resistence of the high Mn steel are increased remarkably.
