摘要
本文通过模拟大型挖掘机实际生产工况,研究了15MnV钢在不同加载速率下的动态断裂韧性(K_(Id)及其韧-脆转变特征,结合显微组织和第二相的特征分析了挖掘机起重臂脆性开裂的原因。结果表明:15MnV钢热轧板动态断裂韧性很差,在模拟挖掘机工作状态的动态加载条件下,其韧-脆转变温度可由原先静载下的-30~-50℃升至动载时的-12℃。如果进一步提高加载速率,其韧-脆转变温度可升至常温。
The dynamic fracture toughness K_(Id) and characteristic of the ductile-brittie transition of 15MnV steel in various loading rate which referred the heavy-duty excavator working condition were determined.The effect of microstructure and second phase particles on brittle fracture was investigated.It is shown that dynamic fracture toughness K_(Id) of the 15MnV steel plate as hot-rolled was very low. Its ductile-brittle tansition temperature (T_(DB))changs from-30℃~-50℃at static loading to-12℃ at dynamic loading. If loading rate still further increase,the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the steel can be increased to ambient temperature.
