摘要
三辊开坯机采用浅槽箱形孔型可以降低轧制能耗。本文从轧制力学方面分析了浅槽箱形孔型降低轧制能耗的原因,并且通过实测一般箱形孔型和浅槽箱形孔型的轧制能耗,得出浅槽箱形孔型可以节省轧制能耗约3%~5%。
Three-high cogging mill with shallow box pass can decrease rolling energy cons umpt ion,This paper analys is the reason of shallow box pass decreasing rolling energy cons umption from the rolling mechanics,and gets the shallow box pass may decrease energy consumption about 3%~5%,by determining the actual rolling energy consumption of the general ox and the shallow box pass.
