炼钢水淬排渣工艺设计

NEW TECHNOLOGY DESIGN FOR REMOVING CONVERTER RESIDUE BY WATER QUENCH

转炉炼钢采用水淬排渣的新工艺，在安全、快速、经济、适用、环保、节能诸方面，都有独特显著的优越性。因此，全国钢铁企业借鉴该技术已进入普及阶段。为正确掌握该工艺的基本要素，笔者以济钢实际为例，从设计角度出发，综述工艺的主要技术参数、流程及其设施内容的确定方法。

The new technology removing the converter residue by water quench has shown distinctive and remarkble advantages of safety, high-speed,economy,application,environment protection and energy saving. Therefore,this technology should be widely applied in the domestic iron and steel enterprises.Taking Jinan General Iron and Steel Works for example,the authors summarize the main technical data、processes and equipments of the technology from the view of design.
