半钢热变形奥氏体等温保持过程中力学行为的变化

摘要 本文以二次间歇加载热压缩方式研究了在变形后等温保持过程中半钢力学行为的变化;并结合组织分析,讨论了热变形力学行为的变化与组织变化的关系。结果表明,在热变形及冷变形后等温保持过程中,碳化物发生了变形、破碎、转向、溶解和析出等复杂过程,并与奥氏体的回复、再结晶过程发生交互作用,使半钢二次加载的力学行为呈现一些特殊的规律。 In this article, the changes in mechanical properties of semisteel during its isothermalmaintaining processing after deformed are studied by means of the thermo-compressing of twiceintermittent loaded. And the relation between the changes of its hot deforming mechanicalproperties and its structure is discussed with the analysis on the structure.Test results show thatthe carbides are deformed, broken,changed in direction,dissolved and separated out during theisothermal maintaining after hot and cold deformations,Such complex procedures of carbidesinteract on these of recoverv and recrystallizations of the austenite matrix. As a result ,mechanicalproperties of semisteel during twice intermittently loaded show some particular regulations.
