摘要
本文介绍利用紊流下形阻系数近于常数的条件,对60t吹氩钢包内的主流股流速进行实际测量的原理、方法和结果。结果表明,包内钢液的主流股流速数量级为10 ̄(-1)~10°m/s,常在0.1~0.4m/s间波动,并与(gQ_0) ̄(1/3)成线性关系。在实测基础,利用Navier-Stokes方程和k-ε紊流模型通过SIMPLER方法对钢液流动进行了计算,计算结果与实测数据基本相符。
The principle and method to measure directly the main flow velocity of liquid steel ina 60 tons argon-stirred ladle by a probe(an immersed body)were introduced in the paper. The mainflow velocity of liquid steel in argon-stirred ladles was the order of 10 ̄(-1)-10 ̄0m/s, normally fluctua-tingin the range of 0.1~0.4m/s, and proportional to(gQ_0) ̄(1/3). On the basis of experiments,theliquid steel flow velocities were predicted by using mathematical modelling,and the predictions were in good agreement with the measurements.
