摘要
开发了一种以转炉渣或高炉锰渣为主的新型铁水预脱硅熔剂。在1733K,高炉锰渣配加适当的氧化铁皮,熔剂用量为铁水量的5%,脱硅率可达到75%~80%,锰的氧化损失可控制在0.1%以内。并分析了脱硅过程抑制锰氧化的热力学条件和工艺条件。
This work has developed a new desiliconization flux mainly made of the converterslag and the blast furnace manganese slag. At 1733 K, when the quantity of the flux is 5%of thequantity of hot metal, desiliconization rate can reach 75%~80%and oxidation of Mn is under0.1%。 The thermodynamic and technological conditions of the protection of Mn duringdesiliconization treatment have been discussed.
