摘要
从焦炭在高炉中劣化的主要方式及各种外部和内在因素,论述了当前大型高炉所用焦炭质量指标应重新选择的问题;提出了选择焦炭质量指标时应遵循的原则,建议将焦炭中各向同性、类丝炭和破片的总和(ΣI),裂纹和气孔系列参数,以及在1500℃高温下焦炭性状变化参数三者视作大型高炉焦炭质量的补充指标。
Viewing from the main patterns of coke degradation in large blast furnace,as well as the internal and external factors of the degradation,reconsidering quality index of coke for the fur-nace is discussed.Some rules for the choice of coke are advanced.Three parameters including the sum of isotropic,fusinite and degradinite in coke,the parameters of crack and pore in coke,and the characteristics of coke at 1500℃ may be suggested as supplementary indexes.
