摘要
莱钢轧钢厂初轧车间均热炉烧钢供风系统,原设计风机不能调速,在烧钢的均热及装、出炉阶段,有大量的热风放掉,并有部分的过剩风量进入均热炉坑。既浪费了电能、燃料,又加大了钢锭的氧化烧损量。本文介绍了根据烧钢炉温、风量的需求而设计选用的送风调速装置。并对其节电、节省燃料及降低氧化烧损情况进行了分析测算。
Because the speed of the fan for soaking furnace in the blooming shop could not beadjusted,a lot of hot air wasted during reheating, charging and discharging.The entrance of theovexflowing hot air resulted in not only the waste of eletrilc energy,but also the increase of theingot oxidizing. This paper describes the blast speed adjusting device designed according to thefurnace temperature and the volume of blast required in reheating process.It's、benificial to analyseelectric energy and fuel saving and to ingot oxidation loss reducing.
