摘要
本文研究了12Cr1MoV高压锅炉管在六种不同回火保温制度下的组织、室温力学性能、高温持久强度以及回火后碳化物析出相的结构、形貌、尺寸、分布等变化规律,结果表明:1000℃正火+700℃回火保温1h的高温持久强度高于1000℃正火+740℃回火保温2、3h的高温持久强度。回火保温1h的高温性能、常温力学性能均达到国标GB5310-85标准要求。
This paper studies the structure,the mechanical properties at room temperature andthe creep rupture strength at elevated temperature of the high pressure boiler pipe steel of12 Cr1MoV heat treated with 6 different temper holding times and the change pattern of thestructure, the shape, the dimension and the distribution of carbides precipitated after thetemperings. The results show that the creep rupture strength obtained after normalized from 1000℃ and tempered with 700℃×1h is higher than that normalized from 1000℃ and tempered with740 ℃ × 2 h or 3 h. The properties at elevated and room temperatures obtained by tempering withholding time of 1 hour can meet the requirement of the standard of GB 5310-85.
