摘要
建立了轧钢加热炉在线控制的最佳Q-P供热模型,推出新的钢温在线模拟办法和生产率检测计算方法。解决了Q-P模型对生产条件多变的加热炉的控制问题。经计算机仿真验证表明,在复杂生产条件下,模型仍能保证合理供热,过程控制平稳、准确。既保证加热质量,又节约燃料。
The on-line optimum Q-P heat supply controlling model has been established forslab reheating furnace in this research.New methods for modelling the temperature of steel and formeasuring and calculating the production rate have been developed to solve the controlling problemof the reheating furnace under variable productive conditions.The result of computer simulationshows that the model not only retains heating quality but also decreases fuel consumption in spiteof the frequent variation of production condition and controls the process smothly、 steadyly andaccurately.
