摘要
研究了在离心力场的作用下,采用自蔓延高温合成法(SHS)在钢管内壁涂敷氧化物陶瓷层的致密化机制。研究结果表明,随着离心力的增加,陶瓷层及过渡层的致密化情况得到明显改善。离心力的数值的变化是影响陶瓷涂层致密化的重要参数。
The densification mechanism of oxide ceramic coating on inner surface of steel pipe by SHS method under the effect of certrifugal force has been studied in this paper.The resultr show,the state of densification of ceramic layer and transition layer will be improved obviouslv with the increase of the certrifugal force;the numerical variation of the certrifugal force is an important parameter which affects the densification of ceramic coating.
