摘要
“缩径”现象是钢丝在连续拉拔过程中常见的一种缺陷。本文结合生产实际，对产生“缩径”现象的原因进行了分析，并通过实验室宏微观检测，指出热因素和张力因素是引起“缩径”现象的主要原因。
The phenomenon of wire diameter shrinkage is a common defect in continuous wire drawing. This paper analyzes the reasons of wire diameter shrinkage with the field tests,macroscopic and microscopic laboratory inspections,and indicates that the phonomenon of wire diameter shrinkage is mainly brought about by the joint function of heat and tension.
