摘要
通过低倍金相和扫描电镜观察及能谱分析,得出50kg/m钢轨轨腰分层缺陷是由于钢锭头部缩孔降到钢锭本体截口以下,硅酸盐夹杂物破坏钢轨轨腰金属连续性造成的。采用50kg/m钢轨的钢锭模小保温帽改为大保温帽,基本消除了这种缺陷。
The layer-built defect in 50 kg/m heavy rail web has been studied by means of macrostructural and metallographic examinations , SEM and energy spectrum analysis. It has been found that its formation is caused by shrinkage cavity descending below thermal insulating sinkhead of ingot mould and silicate inclusion separating the metal of rail web.This kind of flaw has been basically eliminated after small thermal insulating sinkheads were replaced by big ones.
