摘要
从机械动力学角度出发,对邯钢引进的英国ASHLOW吐丝机生产中存在的严重振动问题进行了理论分析,建立了系统回旋振动力学模型和数学模型,编制了电算程序,在计算机上求解了系统固有频率及不平衡激振力响应。阐明了吐丝机振动原因,结合现场测试分析,采取一定技术手段,最终解决了振动问题。
On the view of mechanical dynamics,the theoretical analysis was made for the serious vibration problem of Ashlow lying head in production at Handan Steel Plant.The rotational vibration dynaimic and mathematic models for the system were set up. The computer program was worked out.The natural frequency and unbalanced force dynamic response of the system were obtained by computer.The real reason of the lying head vibration has been found and according to the analysis of the comprehensive examinations in production,the problem has been solved finally by taking technological measures.
