摘要
对开发的三种旋流分配器(长柱形、短柱形及球形旋流分配器)的性能进行了冷态试验研究。试验结果表明,长柱形旋流分配器的分配性能最好,当气相流量大于60m ̄3/h时,分配偏差可小于5%;增大气相流量,适当增加柱形旋流分配器的柱体部分高度,可降低分配偏差。
Laboratory- scale experimental investigations on characteristics of the three types of cyclonic distributors(Long- column, Short- column and ball types)developed were performed.The experimental results show that solids through long- column type distributor is most even-distributed;its distribution deviation is below 5%as gas flowrate is greater than 60m ̄3 /h;distribution deviation decreases with increase of gas flowrate and appropriate increase of column height.
