摘要
对开发的三种旋流分配器（长柱形、短柱形及球形旋流分配器）的性能进行了冷态试验研究。试验结果表明，长柱形旋流分配器的分配性能最好，当气相流量大于６０ｍ￣３／ｈ时，分配偏差可小于５％；增大气相流量，适当增加柱形旋流分配器的柱体部分高度，可降低分配偏差。
Laboratory- scale experimental investigations on characteristics of the three types of cyclonic distributors(Long- column, Short- column and ball types)developed were performed.The experimental results show that solids through long- column type distributor is most even-distributed;its distribution deviation is below 5%as gas flowrate is greater than 60m￣3 /h;distribution deviation decreases with increase of gas flowrate and appropriate increase of column height.
