摘要
研究了KmTBCr25Ni2MoV铸铁的铸态、空淬态及铸态速冷状态的特性,以及碳对其耐磨性、机械性能的影响。同时利用铸态速冷工艺措施并辅以结构上的完善,使研制的高炉原料系统KmTBCr25Ni2MoV衬板寿命比高锰钢或锰钢板提高3~5倍。使用表明,KmTBCr25Ni2MoV材质是用于冲击磨料磨损工况下的优良抗磨材料之一。
This paper investigates the characteristics of KmTBCr25Ni2MoV high chromium cast iron which is produced as cast,air quenching and as-cast fast cooling,and the effects of carbon con- tent on its abrasion resistance and mechanical properties.By using as- cast fast cooling technology and improving the frame of lining plates,the life of lining plates is 4 to 6 times longer than ZGMn13 and steel containing manganese element.This material is one of the best materials used under impact abrasive conditions.
